Legal basis and operational scope
Services are delivered according to the accepted offer, order, specification, contract or written confirmation.
- A project starts after scope, priorities, inputs, decision makers, access and commercial conditions are confirmed.
- CREANODE may deliver code, configuration, documentation, prototypes, integration work, audits or operational support according to the accepted scope.
- Client duties include providing accurate information, access, content, validation feedback and timely decisions.
- Payments, milestones, acceptance, maintenance and support are defined in the accepted offer or contract.
- Scope changes require separate confirmation and may change price, timeline or delivery sequence.
Data, tools and processing categories
Client cooperation is necessary because software, automation and operational systems depend on accurate business information.
- The client validates requirements, provides access and appoints decision makers.
- Delays in decisions, materials or payments may shift deadlines.
- Client data must be lawful and provided with appropriate authority.
User rights, choices and retention
Pricing, payment dates, suspension, acceptance, rights to deliverables, licenses and maintenance are defined in the accepted commercial document.
- Unpaid or disputed services may be suspended only within the agreed and lawful framework.
- Source code, configuration and third party licenses follow the accepted contract.
Security, processors and responsibility
Liability, warranty, SLA, hosting, backups, support and incident handling are limited to the written scope. CREANODE does not promise results outside the accepted scope.
- Experimental prototypes, audits and estimates are not production commitments unless explicitly accepted.
CREANODE may update this document when the website, services, tools, legal duties, security measures or company data change. The current version is published on the website and is identified by the effective date.
Questions about personal data, cookies, security, accessibility or service rules should be sent to contact@creanode.com. A data subject may lodge a complaint with Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych when they believe processing infringes data protection rules.
